In Central City a woman asks you to get her purse back from the dog next to her. In order to get the purse you must first be able to understand animal language, once you can do this, talk to the dog. You have to tell it its name. Do these letters in order for the dog's name: A, T, A, E This should make the dog bark and drop the purse. Then, talk to lady that asked you to get the purse, she will give you a collect card for helping.
