Low Paid All-Star Quarterback
Create a punter or kicker with all his attributes at maximum, including passing. You will sign him for a low salary simply because he is a kicker. Then, set him as the starting quarterback on the depth charts as the season begins. You will now have the best kicker/punter and QB in the league. You may also maximize all passing attributes and take the kicking attributes down to sign him at an even lower price. This is most recommended if you only rarely kick.

Salary Cap Management
The first thing is to release "junk" players from your team. Anyone you can not forsee making a factor on the field and no signing bonus has to go. The first thing when signing is to make all contracts offered at 7 years, helps b.c. guys who are 31-36 obviously wont be around for the entire contract, once they retire youre no longer financially obligated. The main thing is to watch the meter (thank u ea after 2005) Always load the contract up with bonus money...(make sure u sign guys YOU WANT). I am going to give you an example. RB Jones wants a 3 yr., 18 mil cap $ and 6 signing, First move the yr to 7. Then click the salary cap money (scm) down until it gets read, which now the amount of money moves faster, now every million you take off the (scm) add more bonus money until it just goes green, then continues back to the scm and take more off until its red, another mil or half a mil add some more bonus money, continue this process until you can no longer take anymore scm with out lowering the bonus money.

Training Camp In Franchise Mode
This is for if you are really, really bad at the training camp deal in franchise mode. A few of the mini-camp sessions will be easier if you edit your players appearance before you do the drill with them. For example if you want to do the swat ball with your cb, make him seven feet tall, also on the rb drill it helps if you make your whole defense short and 150lbs and beef up your rb and fb... on the other hand if you make your lb or dl, 7 ft and a huge mass of muscle and your o-linemen and fb small for the TRENCH FIGHT it will make it a bit easier too (laws of physics and enertia) this tactic is time consuming and cheap but if it helps isnt it worth it? *I would also recommend completing the wr and rb drills before the qb passing one, so you can have a shot at boosting them and making life a little easier for you.

Superstar Hint Gaining Attributes For Qb
To upgrade in superstar mode quickly, you simply turn the A.I. settings in your favor. Then select a passing play from "single back NORMAL" formation (would not recomend playaction). For the defensive play select goaline, blitz "c" or which ever one it is that has all three linebackers going. Drop back and throw to the "slot" reciever (L1) he will always be open. You may mess with it, such as make TE block ect.. but if you just hot route "up" (fly pattern) with the slot receiver he is going to be open. Now you must do a minimium of 10 repititions to gain any attribute points. I have done this many times, and once the REGULAR season starts you only need to do the first two practice sessions to keep the attributes for the week, (as long as you get a t.d. 8-10times). Check the "practice results" page daily to make sure you havnt lost them b.c. of a poor practice that was simulated.

NFL Superstar: Choosing An Agent
When starting an NFl Superstar record if it turns out your player has the disruption persona (about 50% on the IQ test) then the best agent to choose is Jason Morales, he is a great negotiator and can get you a movie role before the first season begins. Also with him your popularity will rise faster even though you are rude and obnoxious.

Superstar Mode Extra Attribute Points For Receiver
In Superstar Mode on All Pro Level for A receiver, when you become good enough to get access to the Performance institute you can upgrade your receiver before each game. For a while you can only get a max of 5 point for a gold trophy and after that you can get a max of 7 points for a gold trophy. I started doing this when I started getting 7 pionts max.The trick is ( I have tried this several times and it has worked every time so far) is right before the game you can do this upgrade and add the attribute points where you want. When you exit the upgrade session and get ready to go play your next game, go the that day to play your game, get to the controller select screen where you can select your profile/uniform/playbook etc and then exit back out and go back to the Performance Institute and do it again until you are happy with your attributes. I have not had a limit of how many times I can do it so far but this is pertaining to a receiver Superstar who already has obtained the level of Superstar and has a mansion. It may work for other positions as well, but I have not tried it yet. Right now I am 3 years into my Superstar and just stumbled upon this little trick. Again, I don't know if this will work for other positions but I have a 99 on all my major attributes for a receiver.

Scrambling QB In Superstar Mode
To create a scrambling quarterback in Superstar mode, make sure that when you select your parents, your best position choice is that of a RB. After you select this and your about to tipe in your information change your position from RB to QB. When you start superstarmode you will have pretty good btk and speed from 83 to 90+. The best overall for a scrambling QB I have ever gotten so far is 80.

Good Player In Superstar Mode
To have a good player keep choosing parents until they are like both hall of famers. I did it with a QB and I had better stats than Eli Manning.

Superstar Defense Training Camp
If your the type of person with a Defensive
player as your superstar (MLB, DT, DB, etc) and
your having trouble with training camp then
listen up. (IF needed select the Titans Playbook
and a 4-3 defensive package) To get a good
performance grade on that day of training camp
then here's what to do.

1.) For defensive playcall, use Nickle package, Engage 8.
2.) For offense use I formation, Flea Flicker.
3.) Use your LB and blitz constantly.
This should either
1.) Tackle the RB for a loss.
or
2.) Sack the QB.

*This hint usually works about 97% of the time
because sometimes the QB will get the pass off.
It works very well otherwise though.*
Finally use this method about 14 repotitions.(You
need to have 10 reps to get any improvement)You
should gain about 190 to 200 points. Then exit.
Go to practice results in "My web" and you should
recieve a grade of A.
