Stand Still As Death
Make sure to save before doing this; in case of failure. First make your health as close to zero as possible. Anyway to make this work you have to have at least one grenade when your health is close to zero. Now go find a taxi. Throw a grenade beneath the taxi and run over and enter the passenger seat. Now you should see yourself laying on ground. Don't press anything. The taxi screen should open. Go to where ever you like. When you leave the taxi you won't be able to move or pause. You will bleed every 3rd minute. The only way to remove this effect is to restart your Playstation.
